How does the document quota work?
Each plan includes a set number of documents per period. Free includes 2 documents per year, Pro includes 5 per month, and Enterprise is unlimited. The quota resets at the start of each period.
Can I import existing proposals or forms?
Yes. Quillio imports structured forms from PDFs, Google Forms, and SurveyMonkey, then turns them into collaborative documents your team can fill in together.
How does team collaboration work?
Invite your team to a workspace and edit proposals together in real time. See who's writing what, leave notes, and track each section's status.
What AI features are included?
Quillio uses AI to score draft answers against funder criteria, suggest improvements, and help compress text to fit word limits. AI is available on every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
